Bowman School Addition in Auburn

Delivery: Lease-Leaseback

Project: Build new two-story building with 12 classrooms

Services: Pre-Construction Services, New building construction, Value Engineering, Site Adaptation 

Challenges: Construction took place during school year when students were on campus.

Solutions: Careful planning, such as erecting the steel structure during Christmas break when students and staff were not present, made it possible to maximize safety precautions. Landmark’s collaborative team worked closely with the staff to minimize disruptions to campus.

Success: The two story building was delivered on time and on budget with minimal disruption to the campus.

Our modernization project took place during the school year. The entire process was handled with concern for minimizing disruption and keeping the focus on student learning. On a second contract for new construction, the site construction supervisor was incredible.
