Project: Build a new small high school campus, including 25 new classrooms, restrooms, gymnasium and multipurpose room, full kitchen, and administration and support spaces.

Challenges: During the bid process, the district requested a proposal to accelerate the original 14 month project to nine months. The cost of acceleration was approximately $140,000 and the district declined this option.
Solutions: Through intense coordination and management, Landmark Construction was successful in completing the project in nine months.
Success: The project was completed quickly and students were in their seats at the start of the school year. Landmark saved the district the $140,000 acceleration cost as well as the expense and inconvenience of arranging for interim classroom space.
