Partnering with the Ackerman School District, Landmark Construction delivered this striking new two-story classroom building on time and on budget.  The collaborative team effort for this project at Bowman Elementary School led to a smooth schedule with minimal disruption to the fully operating campus.  For example, the steel structure was erected during Christmas break, when students/staff were not present, allowing for maximum safety precautions.  Once again, all agree that the Lease-Leaseback was the correct delivery method for this project.
