E.D. facility at Secret Ravine

As Lease-Leaseback partners with Placer County Office of Education, Landmark Construction delivered this important new facility ahead of schedule, and not only within budget, but well under budget, a substantial portion of contingency funds were returned to the District at the end of the project.

Adjacent to the Kentucky Greens job location, the Secret Ravine project was a collaborative team effort from the start. We feel that all Secret Ravine team members, from Owner to Architect to Inspector, would agree that this delivery method was a very fruitful and productive choice.
