Kentucky Greens Special Education Facility

Landmark recently completed this small new campus for the Placer County Office of Education using the Lease-Leaseback delivery method. Landmark Construction worked closely with the District from the early stages of this project including plan development, and project planning. 

Landmark was instrumental in helping PCOE procure the additional OPSC funding that allowed this project to be built by identifying major value engineering opportunities, saving the District close to $200,000 in additional funds.  Although scheduled for a 12-month duration, this project was delivered in 7 months - 5 months early!
