Pleasant Ridge Elementary School, Emergency Structural Retrofit

Landmark Construction was asked once again to help out a District in need. Under a Lease-Leaseback contract Landmark first installed the temporary shoring to prevent catastrophic structural failure, than installed new permanent footings and beams to provide permanent support for the failing roof system.

|
|
|
This sensitive and difficult project was a great success saving the building, which the District could not afford to replace, from eminent destruction.
