Challenges: To help fund the project, the district sought cost-saving recommendations and needed assistance in meeting requirements for Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) funding.

Solutions: Landmark identified value engineering opportunities to cut expenses and was instrumental in maximizing OPSC funds.

Success: With innovative building methods and additional funding, the district saved nearly $200,000. In addition, Landmark delivered the 12 month project in seven months -- five months early.
