Bowman Addition (Ackerman SD) This two-story 12 classroom building was constructed with minimal disruption to the fully operating campus.

Genesis High School (Sacramento City USD) A new high school campus including 25 Classrooms & Multipurpose building built on accelerated nine month schedule.

Kentucky Greens (Placer Co. Dept. of Education) With plan development and project planning, Landmark saved the district over $200,000 and helped to maximize OPSC funding.

Natomas CS Theater (Natomas USD) The award-winning 367-seat Benvenuti Performing Arts Center with full professional theater, dance studio and art gallery was built in the middle of a busy campus.

Secret Ravine (Placer Co. Dept. of Education) This special education facility was built ahead of schedule and well under budget.

Susan B. Anthony ES (Sacramento City USD) Landmark gutted, remediated, repaired and completely modernized this older building in 23 ½ days.
