Challenges: To keep the project within budget, Landmark provided value engineering services and assisted in maximizing State funding.

Solutions: Landmark employed extensive pre-construction services to work with the design team and Office of Public School Construction (OPSC). By developing an accelerated schedule, Landmark minimized project overhead and expenses.  Professional and thorough project management allowed for successful construction of project and execution of schedule and value engineering.

Success: As a result of the collaborative team approach, the new facility was delivered ahead of schedule and well under budget, returning a substantial portion of contingency funds to the District at the end of the project.
